Hello, I looked into the http://demo.magnolia-cms.com/demo-features.html. In AdminCentral: Website > demo-features > section-variations > floating the template name is "Section Floating". When you doubleclick the template name, Section Floating is not an option in the choice list. After removing focus from the choicelist, the chosen template is now "Section". I think there is a small config problem?
