Hi Ales and welcome to Magnolia. Magnolia is very well capable of fulfilling your requirements - they don't seem to "special" to me. I suggest you d'have a look at the "DATA" module as starting point. As for the CRUD operations we have developed a module which bundles such operations, but at its current state it's for internal use only. I was asked to post the features on the dev list for the magnolia devs to have a look at and come up with a plan for a proper implementation:
