bad news - it's a bug at your currently running release.
good news - it's fixed already with stk/etk 1.3.2 and dms 1.4.4
workaround news - remove the site specific dms mapping for given site so
the default dms URI2Repository mapping will be used instead. Be sure you
have / as the handlePrefix property value filled
(config:/server/URI2RepositoryMapping/mappings/dms)
