Hi Rana, I think that what you want is being done in the STK. You can define there the so-called 'autogenerated paragraph'. When a page is created, in the modelclass the execute method is called. That's the place where a paragraph is automatically created. Most of the time this is a singleton paragraph, that is: it is only to be used once on the page.
You can take a look at info.magnolia.module.templatingkit.templates.SingletonParagraphTemplateModel.execute() for an example for inspiration. Or maybe this is not what you meant, if I see Gregs answer. Hope this helps anyway.
