Can't you just add your custom paragraph renderer classes to
config:/modules/standard-templating-kit/paragraph-renderers/stk/classesToInclude?
There is also
config:/modules/standard-templating-kit/template-renderers/stk/classesToInclude
for extra custom template renderer classes.

for sure I can (and I did!).
But I need to manager many paragraph renderers / template renderers only
to add "custom" utilities in FTL.
Anyway, content2bean would let you to configure in real time these
renderers..
