NOTE: I wrote that article some time ago, there were some changes to both Magnolia and ModeShape since then, so it could be (in fact it is) not accurate. E.g. ModeShape packaging of -with-dependencies jar files is now different etc. Feel free to contact me directly either by mail or on #magnolia IRC channel on freenode if you occur any problem following the guide (the IRC optio would be probably better, as Magnolia developers can jump into the discussion or we can jump to #modeshape channel for more specific topics).
