Hi Tullio,

It sounds like you might be using the in-memory database. That would explain 
why you always need to go though the install process. I'd suggest changing your 
configuration, for local development I usually use MySQL. If you need help 
setting this up, I'd be glad to help. In the meantime, the technical guide 
should help you get all set up with you persistence manager. When I have time 
to get on my laptop I will try to send you some direct links.
