The Glossary Term page template is only available to the superuser role by
default. You can either copy an existing term or change the availability.

Copy an existing term:
Log in as editor.
Navigate to an existing glossary term in the website tree.
Copy the page and paste it as a new page.
Edit the term and definition on the new page.

Change availability of Glossary Term template:
Log in as superuser.
Go to Templating Kit > Site Definitions (Enterprise Edition) or Templating Kit
> Site Configuration (Community Edition).
Navigate to /default/templates/availability/templates/stkGlossaryTerm/roles.
Add a new data node editor under roles and set its value to the name of your
editor role. In the demo-project this would be demo-project-editor.
Log in as editor and add a new glossary term page. Verify that the editor can
select the Glossary Term template from the dropdown in the Template column.
