yes it is .... thinking, how about one "Flush All Deleted Pages" button in the 
toolbar. Would that ease the pain? (jira -> enhancement issue if anybody thinks 
so).

It should work. What happens after the restart of the instance? Disabled or 
not? ... most likely a bug.
