See "Using a single WAR file with multiple configurations" [1] for a list of properties. You can also set arbitrary properties such as magnolia.home. See also MgnlServletContextListener API documentation [2]. The listener reads the initialization parameters. Note that magnolia.root.sysproperty and magnolia.server.id mentioned in the Javadoc are deprecated and not used anymore.
