Hi Rakesh,  I've just verified that the consistency checks done before saving a 
Groovy class into the scripts repository do not complain about subclasses. May 
I ask you what groovy module version do you have? If you have 1.1.x, among the 
installed samples, there should be a my.commands.GroovyMailCommand class which 
extends MgnlCommand and it's just saved fine, without compilation errors.
