A very puzzling discovery: When we access the pages via a test domain name, there are no latencies at all: The page was done loading after 1.84 seconds. When loading the same page via the official domain name, we see the latencies described below and the page takes around 20 seconds to load completely.
To all you server admins out there: Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks! -will On 12.03.2011, at 15:31, Will Scheidegger wrote: > > Dear Magnolians > > We're seeing heavy performance issues on our latest Magnolia based website. > > The setup: > - Apache 2 > - Apache Tomcat Version 6.0.29 (with 1GB RAM!) > - Magnolia 4.4.2 > - Database: MySQL > => CPU always at about 95% idle > > Now when a page is called, the page itself loads very quickly, e.g. 168ms > latency and 75ms to load.
