Thanks for the confirmation -> This info should be added to the form 
documentation.

However...  what if a user renames the form page or any page above it in the 
tree? Then you're out of luck because you're cache configuration will not work 
anymore. 

How about introducing a new voter with the form module. One that checks if a 
paragraph of a specified type is on the page and if so turns of caching for the 
page? That would make things more reliable...
