Hi,

yup thats the one, and I'm stuck on 4.3.3 for the time being.

thanks for the confirmation. I'm using a workaround for the moment:

 <% pageContext.setAttribute("_model", pageContext.findAttribute("model")); %>

and refer to ${_model} instead of ${model}, until I run into the next issue;).

regards,

Hans

Hi Hans,

This sounds like this issue, http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MAGNOLIA-3304,
which was fixed for version 4.4 and reported for 4.3.6.

Which version are you using?

Hi List,

consider the following scenario:

${model}
... iterate over paragraph nodes here using the cms tags
${model}

My first ${model} prints the correct classname of my model, the second one
shows RenderingModelImpl, in other words I have lost the reference to my page
model and the model has been reset to some default class instance. This is
caused by the paragraph rendering which happens in the default way according to
the docs and does nothing special whatsoever.

How do I prevent this?

regards,
JC
