there is customized google search box in the top right corner of 
http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com  
It searches through documentation, wiki, jira, Magnolia website and mail 
archives. It is usually the best place to start any Magnolia related search.

just enter "fckEdit paragraph tag" (w/o quotes) and first result that comes 
back should be what you are looking for:
