Hi,

can someone shed some light into the STC calendar and how it is embedded in 
Magnolia?

First I am interested, where the ominous "theme.css" is coming from, that 
influences the settings made in style.css. There's already an issue for this: 
http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLSTK-513

When I add a calendar into the extras area of an event template, how can I 
synchronize it with the date of the event? Currently the calendar always shows 
the current month even if the event is at some other date.

Can the calendar be turned into a yearly mode? My site will have 8 to 10 
events a year. Therefore a yearly overview with the highlighted months would 
make much more sense to my use case (similar applies to the events overview 
paragraph, I'd like to configure the time span where it looks for events, 
monthly does not make too much sense here).
