Hi Rob

With STK it is very easy to add new JavaScripts or replace existing ones. Yes, 
STK paragraphs make use of jQuery and jQuery plug-ins. So if you want to add 
new jQuery features, I guess your best bet is to create your own jQuery UI file 
and add it to the STK template:

- Add the code file as a "Resource"
- then add it to the list of integrated files in your theme
