as you said, Gregory, 1.4 stk wouldn't work with 1.1x forms. So we
configured Magnolia 4.4.3 with stk 1.3.5:

setup, like you did with stk 1.4 and forms 1.1?
Booting, upgrade, first tests were all successful so far.
