Gopal, Your email was indeed received 3 times on the mailing list in the space or 3 hours. This is usually frowned upon in most online communities ;) The people on this list/forum are not constantly watching for new mails, and reply entirely based on their own availability and voluntariness.
Give them a couple of hours, a day or two, and you might get good answers. Insist or stress the fact that it's "urgent" (it's not) and you won't. Also give everyone the curtesy of doing a google search or two. It helps. That said, I think Tobias pointed you to the right links. If you have further questions based on those, don't hesitate !
