<cms:includeTemplate /> includes the template of the said paragraph. In the template there is editBar defined. So go find your template and add empty moveLabel to the editBar in the template.
Also maybe it's time for you guys to go through the complete templating guide [1] and try to learn to work with Magnolia. I could understand that you don't know how to reset the move label, but how can you not know where the template is coming from? Alternatively you might consider signing up for training [2] to get those things and many more explained by the trainer.
