Hi, there is the Magnolia Blossom project which provides a spring integration with Mangolia. http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/modules/blossom.html
I know that it is possible to create paragraphs, dialogs, etc. via spring configuration. I'm not sure about UserManager stuff but it may be worth to have a look.
