Hi Vincent, where are all the journal log messages coming from? Is your public instance a cluster?

IF so, please turn on debug level logging for info.magnolia.module.exchangesimple and try again and post the log from such attempt. It might be more readable if you post the log on pastebin.com or similar service and put only link to in in the mail rather then posting log as part of the mail.
