I suggest ... the usual ... read documentation. There it is described how to configure automated jobs and what the cron pattern used to schedule the jobs mean. IF the only change you did was enabling the job, then it will run once a day at 6am. Alternatively you can go to Data/Rss Aggregators in the Admin Central and then click on "import data" button in the toolbar. This should perform one time manual refresh of all feeds.
