Hi Jochen, Thanks for your advice. I am new to Magnolia so I will need to read up about a publish instance. I have a Google Mini on the same network as the Magnolia server. I had hoped to be able to point the Google indexing engine to the Magnolia document repository and index the folders/files on the server directly. The company who did the Magnolia development for us say this is not possible and we have to use the site's URL. Last time we tried that we crippled the Magnolia server. From your reply I presume we can set the Google Mini indexing frequency etc so as avoid this.
