Of course, you need the magnolia stk parent
(standard-templating-kit-parent), not available on public repos
(repo1.maven.org).
First, read here: http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/DEV/Maven+setup
Then, I think you have 3 options:
1) Manually take to your local maven repo all the artifact required by a
Magnolia build
2) Add to your maven profile (~/.m2/settings.xml) the magnolia maven repo
3) Donwload and build everything (not suggested!)
