You can try with a simple FTL script:
<ul>
[#list page?children as c]
<li>${c.title!}</li>
<li>${c.abstract!}</li>
[/#list]
</ul>
PS: take care that page?children collects ALL children of a page (sub
pages AND page paragraphs). You may need something else to check if "c"
is a page or a paragraph.
