Hi Maribel, I have one idea, maybe not so clever, but it saves our life in a project with a similar use case.
We decided to pre-build forms with all configurations, validation rules, and so on... in a page in a (configurable) hidden position of website repo. The singleton, looking in its own conf, will simply "copy" the paragraph from the hidden source to the target user generated page. This solution will avoid the complexity of huge singleton configuration with default values approach, will let you to well test (functionality and look-and-feel) the form you are going to inject in new pages and will let you to easily maintain the form (new field, remove field, change label..).
PS: form builder is really powerful, but of course, not all form submission scenarios can benefit 100% from it..
