It's difficult to debug this as I don't get any error logged for it.
Just guessing, but in this case there are a few possibilities:
- the original url was cached in error the first time, try resetting the
cache
- broken virtualUri defined for that url
- broken/missing servlet mapped on the same url
- permission denied to the url (or a matching regexp) for the current
user/role
- a bypass configured for the url somewhere in the filter chain
Maybe there are other possibilities, but those are just the common cases
for my experience.
