Hi everyone, I for my part would certainly be willing to travel to Praha, that's easy from Vienna. Berlin is a little further, probably requiring a flight, but also doable.
In terms of timing, sometime in November would be possible for me, before November would be difficult. The way I see it, we'd just need a minimal infrastructure (a room, perhaps a beamer) to get things going. Magnolia would happily provide food and drinks; depending on time and location, a couple of us could show up. As far as "what" is concerned, anything goes just as well: presentations, workshops, discussions, hacking sessions...
