Its not exactly clear to me what you are asking. But two notes 1) postings between the forum and the user-list are synced. No matter who answers where, it will show up on both places. 2) you should use STK ;-)
STK section pages allow you to add teasers to other pages, e.g. articles. You could automate that of course, right now it is editorial. If you haven't done so already, I propose you head over to the corporate resource section and have a look at the white papers.
