I think this might be the solution, thank you! Because I found out that it's only not updating when I copy my files via SSH to the server, so there must be something wrong with the timestamp even though my local computer and the server are in the same timezone indeed (Germany is not that big :P ). But if I'm editing my files directly on the server, things get updated! Thank you!
