Yes absolutely. Magnolia's tempting infrastructure is output agnostic, which 
means you can generate any output format you wish. HTML5 is one of many 
options. There are a number of additional things to look at, and if you search 
the web, you'll find a number of blog posts explaining how things are possible 
to go mobile with Magnolia. For instance:

You might also be relieved to learn that Magnolia 4.5 which we'll ship next
