Hi Shripad, You can access individual paragraphs in magnolia by node name, so for example:
http://demopublic.magnolia-cms.com/demo-project/content/01 Will get you just the paragraph of the "Standard Article" teaser from the demo site. I believe Magnolia calls this feature "direct paragraph access".
