Hi Saravanan,

For Enterprise Edition, the transactional-activation module should prevent 
scenarios like you describe from occurring.

For Community Edition, it can happen that content is not activated to all nodes 
because of such errors.

In either case, you can solve the problem very easily: just re-publish the 
content. It won't hurt to publish the content a second time on the instance 
that didn't go down, and on the instance that went down re-publishing will add 
the missing content on this instance.

If you're using the Transactional Activation module [0] with the Enterprise 
Edition, content will only be activated if all public instances are available. 
If activation fails for any public instance, the activation is rolled back for 
all others. This should guarantee consistency for the content on your public 
instances.

I have no experience with the Simple Activation module in the Community Edition.
