Answering my own question: The "readme.txt" in the Vaadin source distribution's 
"WebContent/VAADIN" folder tells you how to build the widgets. Of course as 
Vaadin-dummy I have no clue what widgets to build, but the default set seems to 
work just fine:

% cd build
% ant widgetset-default

After that I had what I needed to copy in my Magnolia module's 
src/main/resources/mgnl-resources/[modulename] folder. Things are not working 
100% (still getting a strange error message claiming that the widgets were 
built for a different version of Vaadin), but the integration works.
