The sample/patch in http://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/MGNLSTK-616 and in 
particular the LanguageSwitchLinks class shows how to do this. Essentially, you 
need to hold of your Site definition's i18nSupport object, which holds the list 
of locales. You can probably otherwise access the i18NContentSupport singleton, 
but going via the Site definition will make your code multi-site proof (with 
multi-site, there is a different instance and configuration of 
i18NContentSupport per site)
