Hi, I'm building a website and trying to make a personalised template.

I went to my module in the admincentral-configuration and built my template
referring to the .ftl template I wrote. I assigned a dialog, the template path,
the title, the type and set visible = true. So far so good.

Then, since I have to make use of the commenting module, I added a "mainArea",
mainly by copying the existing mainArea from the stkarticle template.
I added the comments node and set the property "template" to a personalise
template representing my mainArea.

I then set the property "class" of my template to
"info.magnolia.module.templatingkit.templates.STKTemplate"

This has a weird effect: the pages I had previously created work fine. Even the
commenting module works ok. However, The template is no longer available to
chose from if I want to create a new page.

Removing the property "class" means the template is available again, but then
the page won't work, since the commenting module laments that it can't find the
mainArea.

What am I doing wrong? My guess is I miss some configuration that, while not
vital for the page, is needed to show the template as available. Did anybody
ever have the same problem? I hoped the logs would show evidence of whatever's
incorrect but there's no error message or any sign of anything special.

Could anybody please help me understand what am I doing wrong?

Thanks
