Yes, I installed the update mentioned on the documentation. Also tried to map the network drive using Windows "Map network drive" or "Add a network location". Using the first method, the result is as described above, when I try the second one Windows tells me "The folder you entered does not appear to be valid. Please choose another".
What do you mean exactly with "the tips on the support matrix"? I took a look at the wiki page you posted, but it is only a list of WebDAV clients. As said, I already tried it using BitKinex, but the result is the same. The strange thing is that I can connect to "resources" but not to "templates". Are there any restrictions which I need to be aware of when I want to connect to "templates"?
