I found the files at the location specified in magnolia.properties for the property magnolia.upload.tmpdir.
Might be a good idea to update the documentation on this. Both that enabling debugging of activation results in extra files being stored and that the location is what is specified by the magnolia.upload.tmpdir. Thank you.
