Thanks Jan, Having only one account on public instances is preferable. I've been looking at the workflow module at http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/workflow.html but don't see any mention of what account is used to push content to public server. Where can I find more details about this and about workflow in general?
Can this setup with a workflow making activation as superuser be used on all workspaces?
