Something is probably not correct in your configuration, but w/o seeing it, it's hard to say. All I can say at this point is that the warning above should not stop message from being delivered so you should look elsewhere. Review your configuration of the form processor and mail configuration again. If you think it's all correct, and you don't see any other errors in the log files, try to enable debug level logging for all form and mail related classes to find out more details.
