I am trying to re size an image immediately after it persists to DMS using observation module .
The observation module is very aggressive , it identifies the image even before it is completely persisted in DMS. For persisting image to the DMS the time taken is 6 seconds but the Observation module triggers the observation command even before 6 seconds of time gap .
