But this would work best if you put the templates and their corresponding 
configuration in a module of their own. If you already have a version of your 
module installed, you would create a new (next) version of your module and 
register deltas in order to re-bootstrap your configuration.

At this point it might make sense to go to the dev training :) all the 
questions like templating, extending stk templates, version handling and much 
more is all answered within the scope of the training.
