You have multiple options. Simples one is t oijust dump this static site to 
your magnolia web app war file so it ends up on the diet with all other files 
and configure bypasses so that Magnolia doesn't treat such path and it's still 
served from the disk.
More complicated, but allowing for more flexibility and enhancing the static 
content in the future would be to recreate site structure in Magnolia and then 
create a template that has only one auto created component - html into which 
you paste the whole page html.

And of course you can make it combination of the two approaches above or take 
the second one to even more granular level.
