Hi Fabio There should not be any restrictions in place, but you might run into a css issue there if the horizontal/global navigation is on the same line as the new item green bar. You could test it by adding a high z-index (like 999) to the #meta-nav style config for testing and see if you can click it then - the horizontal navigation has a z-index of 100 by default.
