Hi Fabio
How can I add this file properties and where do I have to add it in my plain stk component?
This is actually not recommended since this would mean that you have to maintain your own release of the standard-templating-kit module. Sorry if I was not clear enough about that. But to answer a general question, messages bundles are usually stored under /src/main/resources and then the path is defined by the i18nBasename. In the case of STK this would be /src/main/resources/info/magnolia/module/templatingkit. Have a look at the structure in our git repository view for STK
In general you should probably also read and watch a few things from the Magnolia Academy, this should help you understand how most of the modules are structured. http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/MA/2.2+About+Magnolia+CMS+modules
I think that I need an example or a tutorial to follow this suggestion...don't know how to start.
There's a few explanations on our documentation site: http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/reference/controls.html#Extendingconfiguration http://documentation.magnolia-cms.com/templates/stk/template-definitions.html#Extendsproperty and I wrote up a little something for last year's conference that includes the extending mechanism as well: http://wiki.magnolia-cms.com/display/2012CD/Recommended+Project+Setup#RecommendedProjectSetup-Extending HTH Natascha -- Context is everything: http://forum.magnolia-cms.com/forum/thread.html?threadId=74328e16-e067-429d-b2be-809db987a0c8 ---------------------------------------------------------------- For list details, see http://www.magnolia-cms.com/community/mailing-lists.html Alternatively, use our forums: http://forum.magnolia-cms.com/ To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <> ----------------------------------------------------------------
