Hi, I am manually activate a website.The activation flow success alert message is coming but it can not stored in inbox. It throws exception ERROR fo.magnolia.module.workflow.jcr.JCRExpressionStore: storeExpression() store exception failed javax.jcr.InvalidItemStateException: Item cannot be saved; it seems to have been removed externally: item.save()
Kindly let me any configuration missing?
