Hi Raphael, I checked again but I can't think of any likely setup that leads to a corrupt password.
Assuming the superuser pwd had been changed but you haven't been informed would at least explain why you "Re-enabling a locked-out account" didn't do the trick. That jsp would just enable that account but after another few login attempts (maxAttempts) with your outdated pwd the account would get locked again.
