That looks weird. Was there nothing else in the logs prior to this message? What exact version of Magnolia is it? Are you deploying it as war file or exploded archive? Can you attach/show /WEB-INF/config/default/magnolia.properties and /WEB-INF/config/magnoliaPublic/magnolia.properties?
