Hey Christian, I seem to recall a bug with that page that was fixed with a ugly workaround at the last minute; I've noticed the same with more recent releases of Magnolia and I wouldn't be too surprised if it came back. Unfortunately I don't recall the specifics of the bug, but a breakpoint in info.magnolia.module.forum.admin.moderation.ModerationList or ModerationListModel might help tracking it back down.
